Management 3.0 motto is "Everyone is responsible for the organization's performance." The leader role is to provide support to the team, and the team members’ role is to activate synergies resulting from working together. "Management is too important to leave it just for managers" – says Jurgen Appelo, author of the concept. Isn't it fantastic to feel a valuable part of the team, make decisions and take responsibility with own full engagement? Well… not for everyone.
